PALEMBANG, TheIndonesiaPost – To help the people of South Sumatra that affected by Covid-19, the Chairman of the South Sumatra Family Welfare Development (PKK) Mobilization Team Hj Feby Deru with the Deputy Chairman of the South Sumatra PKK Mobilization Team Hj Fauziah Mawardi Yahya distributed groceries to several neighborhoods around Musi 2, Keramasan Sub-district, Kertapati District, Tuesday (4/28).
In addition to these locations, Chairman of the PKK TP Hj Feby Deru and her entourage also targeted to several points. Starting from Musi 2 Bridge, Jl Mayjen Yusuf Singedekane, Jalan LKR Selatan, Until turning back to Jakabaring. And stopped at several locations to provide food assistance and masks to the edge peddlers, street vendors who were selling, and also scavengers.
“Today we distribute groceries at several points around Palembang. Tomorrow we will continue according to the survey data to the neighborhoods to be addressed”, said Feby.
This basic food donation according to Feby came from several colleagues who donated for TP PKK activities, namely from a number of existing Regional Apparatus Organization (OPD) and corporate social responsibility (CSR).
“The distribution of basic food needs to be right on target that requires a target around Palembang and who really needs it due to the effects of co-19,” said Feby.
The distribution of the number of daily necessities depends on data from the neighborhoods that have been surveyed. The distribution of the nine basic necessities will be held periodically until a week before Idul Fitri. (Ojan / hms)
