HD said, South Sumatra was not included in the province designated for Emergency PPKM by the central government, this could not be separated from the participation of the Pemporv and Regency Governments, as well as the support of the TNI, Polri and public awareness of vaccination and complying with health protocols.
“I am happy, the public’s interest is very high for vaccination, the current obstacle is vaccines, therefore I ask the Coordinating Minister for the Economy to help distribute vaccines to the regions,” he said.
HD also asked the Ministry of Health to update the data of patients with Virus D who had recovered but were still recorded. Regarding preparations to help neighboring provinces that have applied for oxygen (O2), “As long as supplies are still available, South Sumatra is ready to help, but now there are still problems with transportation equipment and tubes,”
