Jakarta, The Indonesia Post – President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) stated that artificial intelligence (AI), which is developing rapidly in the era of technological disruption, is not something to be afraid of.

Bogor, West Java, Friday.

“Everyone is talking about AI, all countries are very afraid about AI. The regulations don’t exist yet, the rules don’t exist yet, the AI keeps changing and changing, everything is being discussed,” he said.
In response, the President asked the Indonesian people to prepare anticipatory steps to face the presence of AI, including the ranks of the IPB Academic Senate as an educational institution to produce superior, competent people with good character and morals.
