South Sumatra Governor Implements 2nd Dose of Covid-19 Vaccine

The Indonesia Post – Exactly 14 days after the first dose of Covid-19 Vaccination was given on January 14, 2021, today the second dose of Covid-19 vaccination was carried out for the Governor of South Sumatra H. Herman Deru.

Vaccinations are carried out at the Multi Wahana Sako Community Health Center Palembang. In accordance with the technical guidelines for the implementation of the Covid-19 vaccination from the Ministry of Health, which explains that the Sinovac vaccine is given 2 times with an injection interval of 14 days and a one-time injection of 0.5 ml.

Arriving at the vaccination location, HD went straight to the registration desk, the interview table and after being declared fit for vaccination, a second dose of vaccination was carried out by a health worker.

After being vaccinated, HD made observations for 30 minutes to see the reaction after being vaccinated. In front of the media crew 30 minutes after being observed, HD said that he had carried out a series of Covid-19 giving according to the SOP.

“Giving the Covid-19 Vaccine will protect ourselves, family and others. I urge all South Sumatra people to vaccinate. There is no doubt, because what I feel after doing the vaccine feels good. However, we still have to do 3 M, ”explained Deru.

Zamroni, Danrem 044 Gapo Brigadier General TNI Jauhari Agus, Director of Siti Fatimah Hospital dr. Syamsudin, Sp.OG, Irdam II / Swjy Brigadier General Hendra Hari S, Kapoksahli Kodam II / Swjy Brigadier General TNI Puji Cahyono and Chairman of PPNI Sumsel Subhan.
