SURABAYA, TheIndonesiaPost – Governor of East Java, Indonesia, Khofifah Indar Parawansa said that two more areas in East Java Province were designated as a red zone for the spread of the Corona Covid-19 virus. In order to handle it, the Government of East Java Province will prioritize more seriously dealing with the deadly virus.
“Two districts, namely Ponorogo Regency are three positively Corona and Bondowoso Regency are one person, so the two districts are designated as red zones of the Corona virus spread, after some areas were previously designated as red zones,” Khofifah said.
With the addition of Corona positive patients in East Java, until 6 April 2020 morning, the total positive Corona exposure in East Java Province became 187 people. Despite the addition of Covid-19 patients, Khofifah appreciated the performance of the medical team, moreover there were 38 patients recovering, including 4 patients from Surabaya City and 4 patients recovering from Malang City.
“In addition to our continued struggle with new patients Covid-19 in East Java Province, we also appreciate the performance of the medical team for the healing of 38 patients in East Java. That we should be thankful for, hopefully more people will recover,” said Khofifah. (Ojan / bbs)
