OKU Timur, The Indonesia Post – Residents were happy because they received a certificate of the Complete Systematic Land Redistribution and Land Registration Program (PTSL), which was handed over directly by the Governor of South Sumatra H. Herman Deru, Tuesday (2/11) in Tanjung Kukuh Village, Semendawai Barat District, OKU Timur Regency.
The residents’ joy was expressed by the Head of Tanjung Kukuh Village, Ikhan Pasay. According to him, the joy of the residents is immeasurable because now they have received clarity.
“So far, they are not clear about their status on the KTM trans, what about? Is it just a ride or for farming. Thank God, thanks to Mr. Herman Deru, Mr. Regent and BPN, now the residents are happy. I can’t say how happy they are. The residents are very grateful,” he explained, accompanied by the Regent of East OKU H. Lanosin Hamzah and the Chairman of the Indonesian Community Recreational Sports Committee (KORMI) of South Sumatra Hj Samantha Tivanny.
Meanwhile, the Governor of South Sumatra H. Herman Deru said:
Land certificates are certainly very important as the basis for legal proof of land ownership and provide certainty of legal rights to land ownership and this will automatically reduce the potential for disputes that occur.
Therefore, the South Sumatra Provincial Government strongly supports the Complete Systematic Land Redistribution and Land Registration (PTSL) Program.
He also conveyed his congratulations to the ranks of the Regional Office of the Land Agency of South Sumatra Province, specifically the Head of the East Ogan Komering Ulu Land Office and the staff who have carried out the activities of Handing over Certificates for the Land Redistribution Program and Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) for the people.
In addition to the symbolic handover of certificates, on that occasion 17 land and building assets were also handed over from the Governor of South Sumatra H. Herman Deru to the OKUT Regent H. Lanosin Hamzah. (ojn/ril)
