JAKARTA, TheIndonesiaPost – Prestigious soccer competitions in the world will be rescheduled after the Corona Virus Pandemic. Not yet known when the competition will be rolled out again. It’s just that the sport played by 11 people will be rolled back when the Covid-19 pandemic really stopped.
Although almost all sports activities were disrupted, several world matches were rearranged. For example, the two biggest matches that are already in sight will be rescheduled, namely the European Cup and the Copa America. Usually the spectacular title is held next summer, but it was postponed for one year due to being influenced by Covid-19.
In Indonesia, it’s not just the revised game schedule. It was explained by the Secretary of the Ministry of Youth and Sports (Kemenpora), Gatot S Dewa Broto, that the Ministry of Youth and Sport on Friday (4/4/2020) had decided to extend the deadline for submitting the revised program and budget for the 2020 Olympics National Training Center (Pelatnas).
Submission of the revision is scheduled next month, May 17, 2020. Initially, it was scheduled to be submitted on April 15, 2020. The decision was taken after a video conference discussion with the leaders of the organizations of the sports branch, also with the Indonesian Sports Committee (KOI). “We hope that all agendas can be completed according to the stipulated extension,” Gatot told the press.
