PALEMBANG, TheIndonesiaPost – The number of victims of the Corona Covid-19 virus in Indonesia continues to grow. In Indonesia recorded on Friday (3/4/2020) as many as 181 people died and positive Corona 1,986. From that number, 12 of them are positive from South Sumatra.
“For those from South Sumatra, there are 12 positive Corona numbers, mostly from Prabumulih, which is 5 people,” said Covid-19 Task Force spokesman for South Sumatra, Dr. Zen Ahmad told the press.
From these 12 people, spread in Prabumulih City, Palembang City, OKI Regency, and OKU Regency. Two of them died. “Officials from the Health Service have traced a number of existing cases, so there has been an increase,” said Dr. Zen.
Despite the increase, continued Dr. Zen, suggested that people do not panic. “Don’t panic, but we must remain vigilant. Take care of your health, carry out standard procedures to anticipate Covid. Don’t forget to wash your hands, wash your hands, wear masks, and don’t touch; Physical Distance,” he explained.
Meanwhile, from a number of cases there were patients from Prabumulih, including women aged 42 years, men aged 62 years, and women aged 60 years.
Until this news was revealed, continued Dr. Zen, there are 20 samples that are still examined in the laboratory of a total of 74 samples. It is known that 43 samples are negative. “We hope that the handling of the Covid-19 case in South Sumatra will run successfully and smoothly.
