Sandiaga Uno Introduces Typical Indonesian Culinary to the Hungarian Ambassador

Gianyar, The Indonesia Post – The Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy (Menparekraf) Sandiaga Uno introduced a number of Indonesian specialties to the Hungarian Ambassador to Indonesia, Judit Pach.

This was carried out by Menparekraf Sandiaga Uno when he met Ambassador Judit Pach in the Ubud area, Gianyar Regency, Bali, Wednesday (26/5) evening between the activities of Sandiaga Uno who was carrying out his duties from Bali or Work From Bali.

“We serve Gado-Gado and Ketoprak which are one of Indonesia’s typical vegetable foods,” said Sandiaga Uno.

On that occasion, Menparekraf Sandiaga Uno also spoke with Ambassador Judit Pach about the various efforts being made to develop the tourism sector and creative economy in Indonesia, which is currently being affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.

“We have made various efforts to revive and regenerate the tourism sector and creative economy by continuing to prioritize the COVID-19 health protocol during this pandemic,” he said.

Menparekraf Sandiaga Uno hopes that the efforts made in awakening the tourism sector and creative economy in Indonesia can contribute to creating jobs and reviving the Indonesian economy.

In addition, Menparekraf Sandiaga Uno revealed that he had also been invited by the Hungarian Prime Minister to visit a number of cities in the Hungarian country.

“It’s so beautiful there, I really enjoy visiting there. There are two cities that attract my attention there, “said Menparekraf Sandiaga Uno.

Meanwhile, the Hungarian Ambassador to Indonesia, Judit Pach, explained that she was very grateful for being able to meet the Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy and being able to mutually develop the tourism segment between the two countries.

She also demonstrated a sport of ball (a type of ping pong) using the head and feet that is currently popular in her country Hungary.
