Jakarta, The Indonesia Post – Indonesian Fifth President Megawati Soekarnoputri welcomed the arrival of the First Lady of South Korea (South Korea) Kim Keon Hee at the Batu Tulis Palace, Bogor, Thursday.
The First Lady of South Korea, Kim Keon Hee, was present in Jakarta accompanying her husband, President Yoon Suk Yeol, who took part in the agenda for the ASEAN Summit.
Kim Keon Hee arrived on the front terrace of Batu Tulis Palace at 16.10 WIB and was immediately greeted by Megawati’s warm embrace. Then Megawati handed the flowers to Kim who he greeted with a smile.
Megawati invited Kim, who was wearing a black blazer with a white shirt, to the living room of the main house of Batu Tulis Palace.
After talking for about 10 minutes, Megawati took Kim around the room while explaining the collection of statues and paintings in the Main House area.
Megawati then invited the First Lady of South Korea to the back terrace for casual conversation while enjoying views of Mount Salak and the Cisadane River. They were there for quite a long time.
During the activity, two translators accompanied Megawati and the South Korean First Lady.
Megawati then invited Kim to the Hall to see the collection of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) products on display. Rindik Bali can be heard accompanying activities at this location.
After that, Megawati hosted dinner in the main room of Batu Tulis Palace. (mhn/bbs)
