Previously, during an audience session with Non-ASN employees at the Regional Secretary’s Guest Room, South Sumatra’s Regional Secretary Edward Candra emphasized that the provincial government is serious about finding solutions.

“Regarding the PPPK issue, we have already submitted letters to BKN and KemenPAN, including inquiries about part-time PPPK and 900 vacant formations. For now, we are still waiting for regulations and technical instructions from the central government,” he explained.

Edward further assured that the provincial government is not standing idle in addressing the concerns of honorary workers.

“Mr. Governor continues to push and support this matter. We have followed all the rules: no new honorary hires, participation in PPPK selection, and formational optimization,” he stressed. (mhn/ril)
