Herman Deru officially confirmed 5 acting (Pjs) Regents from 5 districts whose regional heads are running for regional head elections (Pilkada) in December. The inauguration was held at Griya Agung, Saturday (27/9) night.
The inauguration is in accordance with the Decree of the Minister of Home Affairs Number. 141.16-2942 of 2020 concerning the appointment of an interim Regent of Ogan Komering Ulu, Number 131.16-2940 of 2020 concerning the appointment of the acting Regent of South OKU, Number 131.16-2982 of 2020 concerning the appointment of the acting Regent of Ogan Ilir.
Then Number 131.16-2918 of 2020 concerning the appointment of the acting Regent of Musi Rawas and numbers 131.16-2985 of 2020 concerning the appointment of the acting Regent of Musi Rawas Utara.
The 5 Acting inaugurated, namely the Acting Regent of OKU, officially held by Muhammad Zaki Aslam, S.Ip., M.Si, South OKU Acting Nora Elisya, SH MM, Acting Regent Ogan Ilir Aufa Syahrizal, SP., MSc., Acting Regent of Musi Rawas Drs. H. Ahmad Rizali., M.A, and Acting Regent of North Musi Rawas Ir. SA Supriono.
In his remarks, the Governor of South Sumatra Province H. Herman Deru congratulated the Acting Regent who was just inaugurated. He advised, except for those that have been regulated in accordance with the applicable provisions contained in the decree, that the Acting Regent must maintain the conducive condition of the region, must be free from conflict, there should be no conflict either because of politics, race, and governmental order must continue to run, as well as the system. finances must keep going.
“Then it does not change the definitive RPJMD of each Regent, it is not written in the SK so he (Acting Regent) may not improvise, improvisation is only allowed to maintain peace,” he said.
He also asked the Acting Regent to maintain the neutrality of the ASN, especially since the Acting Regents who have been appointed are not regional sons having the address in the Regency.
“So this neutrality is absolute for the Acting Officer who carries out his duties, I along with the Kapolda, Pangdam, Kajati also maintain regional conduciveness,” he said.
Meanwhile, for the definitive Regent on leave, he warned not to use state facilities in campaigning. Therefore he also invited the Acting Regent to oversee such matters.
“It is certain that if you use state facilities, the threat will be eliminated, so do not ever try to use state facilities and this Acting will also monitor that state facilities should not be used, from minor things to the heaviest things to official cars, official homes. And the most important thing is that political officials who take leave because of their own will and because the Pilkada law is not entitled to sign in their capacity as Regent during the leave, “he concluded.
