The Indonesia Post – Chairman of the main branch of the Indonesian Heart Foundation for South Sumatra, Hj. Fauziah Mawardi Yahya for the umpteenth time inaugurated the Healthy Heart Club, this time the board was inaugurated from the Lebak Murni Heart Health Club, Sako District Palembang.
The event started with Healthy Heart Gymnastics which was attended by all the management of YJI main branches of South Sumatra and residents of Lebak Murni.
In his speech, Fauziah said the importance of maintaining heart health, especially in the elderly and adopting a healthy life.
“With the inauguration of the KJS Management, it can support the YJI program for the Main Branch of South Sumatra. In the future, if we do heart exercise together, it should be followed by routine health checks, such as blood pressure and other simple examinations, “said Fauziah.
Fauziah added, KJS Lebak Murni should also help socialize YJI’s Five Business Mission, namely nutritional balance, reduce smoking, avoid stress, monitor blood pressure and regularly exercise.
In the event, assistance was given to KJS Lebak Murni which was handed over directly by the Chairperson of the South Sumatra Province YJI, Hj. Fauziah Mawardi Yahya in the form of a thermo gun, mask and hand sanitizer. (Imf/ril)
