Palembang, The Indonesia Post – To increase religious enthusiasm and strengthen faith in responding to the pandemic situation, the South Sumatra Family Welfare Team (TP PKK) holds regular monthly recitations with the theme ‘The Importance of Istighfar, Patience, and Gratitude in the Covid-19 Pandemic Period.
The head of the TP PKK South Sumatra, Feby Deru, said that the routine monthly recitation activities that were attended by a number of Taklim assemblies in Palembang were held while adhering to the health protocol without reducing the meaning of the recitation itself.
“I urge that cohesiveness and togetherness can continue to be fostered and improved for the implementation of this periodic activity istiqomah“, she said.
Feby said that this activity was very important as a vehicle for refreshing religious spirit and nourishing and strengthening faith.
As for the routine monthly recitation of the Sumsel PKK TP also filled with tausiyah delivered by Ustadzah Hj. Nabila Rasyid. In her tausiyah, she explained the importance of mankind as servants of Allah to always be grateful and face and live life with patience. (jek/ril)
