Palembang, The Indonesia Post – Governor of South Sumatra H. Herman Deru said Wisma Haji Dormitory is ready to be used as a healthy home to accommodate Covid-19 patients who will be self-isolating. And also health workers (Nakes) and medicines have been prepared.
This was stated during the Hajj Dormitory Review and the addition of 7 Towers of the Jakabaring Sport City Athlete House (Jakabaring Healthy House) as a Central Isolation Place.
“I hope that public awareness will carry out PCR and antigen tests, there is no need to doubt that self-isolation is ready at no cost,” said Governor Herman Deru (HD).
HD said that South Sumatra’s preparations had been done properly, Jakabaring, which had 1 tower, already had 2 towers in anticipation of a significant spike in Covid-19, plus here at the Hajj Dormitory there are 3 more towers with 500 beds.
“The self-isolation place is ready without any fees and the readiness of drugs and health workers” said HD.
HD explained, there is no need to hesitate anymore to come for self-isolation to this place if there are small children at home there are doubts, come to this place because this place is ready to be a place of isolation.
“We should be grateful that the recovery rate in South Sumatra is already 83 percent above the national average”.
Plus HD, the South Sumatra Provincial Government is always ready to serve OTG and mild symptoms, regarding BOR we are grateful from 79 to 77 and we need district-city communication and we don’t need to panic, we face it tough. (mhn/ril)
