Palembang, The Indonesia Post – The Governor of South Sumatra H Herman Deru closed the 2022 Sriwijaya Expo and at the same time gave prizes directly to the winners of the Best Stand Nominations at the 2022 Sriwijaya Expo activities.
HD said that the activity which was attended by many participants with great enthusiasm showed that there was a special spirit in the implementation of the 2022 Sriwijaya Expo in Palembang this year.
However, the impact must also be calculated, such as an increase in turnover from what is displayed on the stand and making many people aware of the production of local MSMEs.
“The successful implementation of the Sriwijaya Expo in the future can be further improved both in quality and quantity. This activity has its own blessings where at the same time as FORNAS VI 2021 in 2022, we can see the enthusiasm of sports activists throughout Indonesia who participate. They see what we are exhibiting so that it can be a good story that they will bring to their area” said HD.
HD also conveyed that today’s success should not be used as euphoria, but instead use it as a whip for us to do better so that we remain alert and not be carried away in the future. We hope that this activity will be able to improve for the better even though it is not at the same time as the national forum activities.
Head of Industry of South Sumatra, Ir. Ernilah Rizar., MM submitted a report on the closing of the Sriwijaya Expo 2022 activities.
“The activities were carried out in 126 booths, which were successful in promoting MSME products and providing investment opportunities and cooperation networks. The success of the contribution in enlivening FORNAS VI was marked by the large number of participants who visited the Sriwijaya Expo 2022 stand, succeeded in providing education to the public in the form of business opening services, skills and health information,” he said.
Also present were the Chair of the ICSB of South Sumatra as well as the Chairman of the South Sumatran Kormi, Hj. Samantha Herman Deru B. Bus., MIB., Deputy Chairperson of the South Sumatra Province Dekranasda Hj Fauziah Mawardi Yahya, South Sumatra Forkompimda, South Sumatra Regents/Mayors and South Sumatra OPD heads. (mhn/ril)
