Palembang, The Indonesia Post – After first being discussed by the Budget Agency (Banggar) with the Regional Government Budget Team (TAPD) of the South Sumatra Provincial Legislative Council (DPRD), and the Inspectorate, as well as discussions at the South Sumatra Provincial DPRD Commissions with the working partner OPD, finally the Provincial DPRD. South Sumatra and the Governor agreed on the Draft Regional Regulation (Raperda) to Amend the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD) for the 2022 Fiscal Year (TA).
This agreement is stated in the form of
signing of the Joint Decree of the Provincial DPRD. South Sumatra together with the Governor at the LV (55) plenary session with the agenda of Submitting a Report on Discussion and Research Results of the Budget Board of the South Sumatra Provincial DPRD on the Raperda on Amendments to the South Sumatra Provincial Budget for the 2022 Fiscal Year, Thursday (22/9).
The LV Plenary Meeting (55) was chaired by the Chair of the Provincial DPRD. South Sumatra; Hj. R.A. Anita Noeringhati, SH, MH, accompanied by the Deputy Chairperson of the DPRD; H. Muchendi M, SE, attended by the Governor of South Sumatra; H. Herman Deru, OPD Representative and other invited guests.
Prior to the Signing of the Joint Decree of the DPRD Prov. South Sumatra and the Governor first Leaders and Members of the Provincial DPRD. South Sumatra listened to the Budget Agency report submitted by Dr. Ir. H. Syamsul Bahri,
M.M, who conveyed the process of discussing the Draft Regional Regulation on Amendments to the 2022 FY APBD, suggestions and notes as well as the agreed budget amount
Furthermore, the Banggar report was unanimously approved by all members of the council present, followed by the process of signing the Joint Decree of the DPRD and the Governor of South Sumatra whose draft had been read in advance by the Secretary of the Provincial DPRD. As for the points in the Raperda that were mutually agreed upon, the Amendment to the Prov. Sumsel FY 2022 Amount: p.10,767,054,068,784 with details of them.

The plenary ended by listening to the Final Opinion or Speech of the Governor who expressed his appreciation and gratitude to the parties involved in the discussion of the Draft Regional Regulation on Amendments to the 2022 FY APBD and the Raperda will be submitted to the Ministry of Home Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia for evaluation, so that it can be immediately stipulated as a Regional Regulation.
