Palembang, The Indonesia Post – The chairman of the South Sumatra Provincial Legislative Council (DPRD), RA Anita Noeringhati, attended the 76th Anniversary of the Indonesian Journalists Association (PWI) and the 2022 National Press Day (HPN) at the Islamic Center of Prabumulih City. Thursday, (06/10/22).
The event, which took place lively, was also attended by the Governor of South Sumatra, H Herman Deru, Mayor of Prabumulih, H Ridho Yahya and regional heads in South Sumatra Province, Head of PWI Center Atal S Depari, Chair of PWI for Regency cities throughout South Sumatra Province and members.
The theme of the 76th PWI Anniversary celebration was “Strengthening the Role and Synergy in the Success of the Food Independent Sumsel Movement”. By holding a panel discussion presenting three resource persons, including the Chairman of the Commission on Education and Professional Development of the Press Council, Paulus Tri Agung Kristanto, with material on Healthy Press as a Government Crisis Partner.
Furthermore, the General Chairperson of the Central PWI, Atal S Depari with material, Effective Communication Encourages Regional Development, which was continued by Mayor Prabumulih H Ridho Yahya with material, The Role of Regional Heads in the Success of a Food Independent Sumsel. (ojn/ril)
