Palembang, The Indonesia Post – The Chairperson of the South Sumatra Provincial Legislative Council (DPRD), R.A Anita Noeringhati SH MH Officially Inaugurated Directly by the General Chairperson of the Executive Board of the Indonesian Bowling Association (PB PBI) Dr Jerry Sambuaga, Friday (7/10/2022) night at Griya Agung. Having previously been elected by acclamation on 27 June.
The chairman of the South Sumatra DPRD has an extraordinary vision and mission to advance bowling in South Sumatra.
Anita explained that PBI Sumsel has a tagline of Rise and Achievement. “The meaning of this tagline is that the South Sumatra PBI can rise from the pandemic so that it has an impact on achievement,” she said.
She continued, PBI Sumsel will also promote bowling and open the door as wide as possible for students and millennials to produce new bowling athletes from South Sumatra. “PBI Sumsel will also encourage each agency to form a bowling club,” she said.
Meanwhile, Chairman of PB PBI Dr Jerry Sambuaga who is also Deputy Minister of Trade admitted that the inauguration of PBI for the Province of South Sumatra was the most extraordinary inauguration and had a great vision and mission to advance bowling in South Sumatra.
The management of the South Sumatra PBI, under the captain of Mrs. RA Anita Noeringhati, is extraordinary, especially since the bowling facilities in South Sumatra are the best. I am amazed and proud,” he said.
He invited the South Sumatra PBI management to synergize with the government to promote bowling in South Sumatra.
I hope that the South Sumatra PBI management for the 2022-2026 period is consistent in advancing bowling in South Sumatra,” he added. (ojn/ril)
