Klaten, The Indonesia Post – Central Java Governor Ganjar Pranowo encourages the use of national strategic projects (PSN) to increase and accelerate regional economic growth.
“The hope is that when everything is running we have to use and take advantage of it so that economic growth will be much higher, much faster,” said Ganjar after accompanying Minister of Public Works and Public Housing Basuki Hadimuljono and Minister of Finance Sri Mulyani Indrawati checking the progress of the construction of the Solo Toll Road -Yogyakarta in Klaten Regency, Central Java, Monday.
According to him, the use of the PSN that has been built in Central Java must be done properly so that the infrastructure that has been built is not in vain because one does not know the theory and how to use it.
“If we can’t use it, it’s useless. This is what we will also encourage,” he said.
Based on data from the State Asset Management Institute (LMAN), it was recorded that the largest realization of the PSN budget sourced from the state budget (APBN) was Central Java Province, followed in second place by West Java Province and in third place by the Province of the Special Region of Yogyakarta.
“The biggest realization in 2022 is Central Java Province, reaching a total of IDR 3.68 trillion, sourced from the State Budget for PSN. West Java ranks second with IDR 3.6 trillion, DIY ranks third,” said LMAN Main Director Basuki Purwadi who was also present at the inspection. progress of the construction of the Solo-Yogyakarta Toll Road.
He explained that nationally, the realization of the PSN budget, which had been running until February 2023, was valued at IDR 1.28 trillion.
He hopes that the realization of the PSN budget provided through LMAN for this year can be faster than the previous year.
“February 2023 IDR 1.28 trillion has been realized (nationally), hopefully it will be faster. Most of the toll roads are IDR 1.116 trillion, then IDR 150 billion for dams,” he said. (mhn/bbs)
