Bogor, TheIndonesiaPost – Bogor Mayor Bima Arya Sugiarto was finally free of the coronavirus. Deputy Mayor of Bogor Dedie Rachim said the results of the latest swab test against his superiors showed negative results.
“This morning the results of the Bogor Mayor’s swab test Mr. Bima Arya have been received and the results have been negative and declared cured,” Dedie said as quoted from CNNIndonesia.com, Saturday (4/18).
This news is good news for the city of Bogor. Earlier on Friday (17/4), three patients who tested positive for coronavirus infection (COVID-19) were cured.
Dedie said that the three of them were medical personnel. Two people from the health service cluster and one from a different cluster. All three were allowed to go home and undergo independent isolation for 14 days.
According to him, this was the first healing case in Bogor, followed by Bima’s recovery.
“Hopefully in the next few days he can again lead the City of Bogor in completing the implementation of the PSBB,” he added.
Bima tested positive for the coronavirus after-work visits in Turkey and Azerbaijan. He underwent co-19 tests on March 17, 2020, and the results on March 19, 2020, expressed positively. (ojan/bbs)
