Palembang, The Indonesia Post – Working Visit of the Chairperson of the South Sumatra Province Legislative Council (DPRD), Dr.Hj. R.A. Anita Noeringhati, SH., MH., together with DPRD Member, Andie Dinialdie, SE., to the DKI Jakarta Office of the Indonesian National Sports Committee (KONI), in the context of Coordinating and Sharing Information regarding Preparations and Implementation Mechanisms for the 2024 Aceh-North Sumatra PON XII .
The visit was received by the Central KONI General Treasurer, Kms. Ilham Akbar in the KONI General Surgery Room. Tuesday (7/5/2024)
In her opening, the Chairperson of the South Sumatra Province DPRD, Anita Noeringhati, said that the implementation of the XXI 2024 National Sports Week (PON) which will be held in Aceh and North Sumatra, is planned to be opened on September 8 in Aceh, and closed on September 20 in North Sumatra.
“Regarding the grant fund corruption incident that occurred at KONI South Sumatra, this has become a problem for the Provincial Government in disbursing the budget for KONI South Sumatra Province. From the case of this incident. We as the legislature and executive who are present here, must be able to act in making decisions more carefully, precisely and carefully. This means that currently the South Sumatra Provincial Government is still having problems regarding funding for KONI South Sumatra.
“So, we really need input, suggestions and administrative support so that our province can immediately carry out the budget disbursement process, and can support the successful implementation of PON XXI 2024, in Aceh and North Sumatra later.” Anita said. (ojn/ril)
