Palembang, The Indonesia Post – The governor of South Sumatra, H Herman Deru (HD) invited discussion and listened to the complaints of the shrimp pond plasma community in South Sumatra.
This was conveyed by the Governor of HD during the Shrimp Harvesting with the Prawn Plasma Community in Bumi Pratama Mandira Village, Sungai Menang District, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency at Module 2 Block 4 Line 64 Number 05 Desa Bumi Pratama Mandira Kec. Menang River, OKI Regency.
“We all know that South Sumatra has abundant natural resource potential, so it should be appreciated and properly utilized for the life of families and communities,” HD said.
On that occasion HD listened to and answered complaints and problems from the Shrimp Plasma farmers, such as problems regarding capital, marketing and also related to electric lighting.
“Regarding the issue of capital, I bring the bank, and related to the problem of electricity, God willing, on February 16 will be installed and security and marketing,” he added.
He continued, to support the progress of South Sumatra, especially to guide shrimp pond farmers, of course we have to help by involving all stakeholders to work hand in hand in making it happen.
“As a Regional Leader or as a Governor, it is my responsibility to listen to complaints and facilitate them for the welfare of the community,” concluded HD.
