Palembang, The Indonesia Post – The South Sumatra Legislative Council (DPRD) (South Sumatra) held an LVIII (58) plenary meeting with the agenda of ratifying the Regional Regulation Formation Program (Propemperda) for the 2023 budget year in the plenary meeting room on the third floor of the South Sumatra DPRD, Monday (24/10).
The plenary meeting was chaired by the Chairperson of the South Sumatra DPRD, Hj RA Anita Noeringhati, accompanied by the Deputy Chairperson of the South Sumatra DPRD, HM Giri Ramandha N Kiemas, Kartika Sandra Desi, Muchendi Mahzareki.
Also present were the Governor of South Sumatra H Herman Deru, Secretary of South Sumatra SA Supriono, to the service and OPD and the invitees.
Spokesman for the Regional Regulation Formation Agency (Bapemperda) of the South Sumatra DPRD, Drs HA Gani Subit MM, explained the 2023 Regional Regulation Formation Program.
“Therefore, it can be concluded that based on the results of the meeting between the Regional Regulation Formation Agency (Bapemperda) of the DPRD of South Sumatra Province and the Executive Party, the Program for the Formation of Regional Regulations of the Province of South Sumatra in 2023 contains 9 (Nine) Draft Regional Regulations (Raperda) consisting of 4 (Four) Raperda on Initiative Rights. The South Sumatra Provincial DPRD and 5 (five) Raperda are from the proposals of the South Sumatra Provincial Government,” he said.
For the Draft Regional Regulations (Raperda) on the Initiative of the DPRD of South Sumatra Province, namely:
1. Raperda concerning Preservation of Clan Cultural Values in Society:
2. Raperda concerning Utilization of River Channels and/or Inland Waters:
3. Raperda on Regulation of Distribution and Designation of Irrigation Water: and
4, Raperda on Protection and Social Welfare of the Elderly.
Executive Proposal Raperda, namely:
1. Raperda on the Implementation, Protection and Management of the Environment:
2. Raperda concerning Regional Taxes and Levies:
3. Raperda concerning Accountability for the Implementation of the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget of South Sumatra Province for Fiscal Year 2022:
4. Raperda concerning Amendments to the Regional Budget of South Sumatra Province for Fiscal Year 2023: and
5. Raperda concerning the Regional Budget Plan for South Sumatra Province for Fiscal Year 2024.
The chairman of the South Sumatra DPRD, Hj RA Anita Noeringhati, reminded that the task of establishing regional regulations is not only the responsibility of the South Sumatra DPRD but also the responsibility of the South Sumatra Provincial Government.
“I invite all members of the South Sumatra DPRD and the South Sumatra Provincial Government to work optimally to complete the task in the context of discussing the Raperda that has been set in the plenary meeting,” she said. (ojn/ril)
