Jakarta,The Indonesia Post – The Governor of South Sumatra H Herman Deru and also as the Controlling Shareholder of Bank Sumsel Babel (BSB) feel proud and give appreciation for the performance of BSB ranks in 2020.
“All shareholders feel proud and appreciate BSB’s performance in 2020,” said HD during a press conference after holding the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) of Bank Sumsel Babel 2020 at the Fairmont Hotel Jakarta, Monday (22/3).
Moreover, HD continued, which made him proud again that the shareholders agreed that the GMS of Bank Lampung and BSB would do a joint business.
“We shareholders are even more proud that we have jointly approved the Bank Lampung GMS and the BSB GMS where we agreed to a joint business group,” he said.
That is, according to HD BSB has participated in the capital participation of Bank Lampung, of course, he assessed that the applause of BSB’s wings was extraordinary because it was not only in two provinces such as in South Sumatra Province and Babel Province but also in Lampung Province, now this is one of the achievements.
Not only that, HD also wants BSB to maximize its performance by requiring the addition of one Non Independent Commissioner in the Province of Babel.
Meanwhile, the Director of BSB, Achmad Syamsudin asked for prayers that the cooperation with the neighboring province, namely Lampung Province, can run well. According to him, Lampung Province has tremendous potential so that this potential can be developed.
