Palembang, The Indonesia Post – Chairperson of the Regional People’s Representative Council (DPRD) of South Sumatra Province, Dr. Hj. RA.Anita Noeringhati, SH,MH chaired the Budget Board meeting which discussed the budget of the South Sumatra Province Indonesian National Sports Committee (KONI) for 2024. The meeting was held in the Budget Board Meeting Room of the South Sumatra Province DPRD Office on Wednesday (13/3/2024 ).
Chairperson of the South Sumatra Provincial DPRD, Dr. Hj. R.A. Anita Noeringhati SH MH together with other members of the Budget Agency at the meeting discussed in detail the budget allocation that would be given to KONI South Sumatra to support various sports activities and programs in the South Sumatra Province.
This budget discussion is very important in order to support the development of sports and achievement at the regional level, in line with South Sumatra’s development vision which is oriented towards improving community welfare through various sectors, including sports.
The chairman of the South Sumatra DPRD emphasized the importance of using the budget effectively and efficiently to optimize results and benefits for the development of sports in South Sumatra.
“We are committed to continuing to support the development and empowerment of the world of sports in South Sumatra so that we can produce reliable athletes who can make our region proud at the national and international level,” said Anita Noeringhati at the meeting.
This Budget Board meeting ran smoothly and was full of harmony between members, with the hope of reaching an agreement regarding the 2024 KONI South Sumatra budget allocation, which is a priority in regional sports development. (ojn/ril)
