Dr. Hj. R.A. Anita Noeringhati, SH MH Chair of the South Sumatra Provincial Legislative Council (DPRD) received a working visit from Member of the Indonesia Senate (DPD RI), Jialyka Maharani S.I.Kom in the VIP Room of the South Sumatra Provincial DPRD Office on Tuesday (9/01/2024).
Chairperson of the South Sumatra DPRD, Anita Noeringhati, welcomed the visit from Jialyka Maharani in this meeting.
Both parties discussed various strategic issues related to development in South Sumatra Province.
Dr.Hj.RA.Anita Noeringhati expressed her appreciation for this working visit initiative, which is expected to strengthen cooperation between the Provincial DPRD and DPD RI.
“Close cooperation between provincial and national legislative institutions is very important to support sustainable development in South Sumatra,” said the Chair of the South Sumatra Provincial DPRD.
Meanwhile, Jialyka Maharani, who is a member of the DPD RI from Ogan Ilir, born on 20 September 1997, emphasized his commitment to supporting development programs in South Sumatra.
“Through good cooperation, we can achieve optimal results for the people of South Sumatra,” said Jialyka Maharani, who received an award from MURI for being listed as the youngest DPD RI in history.
This meeting was also an opportunity for the two of them to exchange views on concrete steps that could be taken to improve the welfare of the people of South Sumatra. (ojn/ril)
