Palembang, The Indonesia Post – After on the agenda of the previous XLVI (46) Plenary Meeting on Monday 14/02/2022, the Leaders and Members of the Provincial Legislative Council (DPRD Prov) South Sumatra listened to the Governor’s explanation of the 4 Draft Regional Regulations (Raperda) that had previously been stipulated in the 2022 Regional Regulation Formation Program (Propemperda), At the XLVI (46) Plenary Meeting continued today, the factions conveyed their general views regarding the 4 Raperda in question.
The Plenary Meeting was chaired by the Deputy Chairperson of the Provincial DPRD. South Sumatra; H. Muchendi M, SE, accompanied by the Deputy Chairman of the DPRD Prov. South Sumatra Kartika Sandra Desi, SH. Attended by Pj. Regional Secretary; SA. Supriono, along with OPD representatives and other invited guests in person or virtual.
The presentation of the Faction’s General View was initiated by the Golkar Party Faction, with a spokesperson; H. Fatra Radezayansyah, ST., MM, followed by the PDIP Faction; Hj. Sumiati, SH, MM, then the Gerindra Party by Prima Salam, SH, the Democratic Faction by Ir. M. Kanoviyandri, PKB Faction by Meri, S.Pd, Nasdem Faction by Yenny Elita, S.Pd., MM, PKS Faction by Ahmad Toha, S.Pd.I, M.Si, PAN Faction By H. Toyep Rakembang, S.Ag, ended by the presentation of the Hanura Perindo Fraction by H. Syahrudin, ST, MM.
In general view, the factions conveyed their support, responses, suggestions and input to the four Raperda proposed by the executive, as follows:
Raperda on Retribution for the Use of Foreign Workers.
1.Raperda concerning Revocation of Regional Regulation Number 6 of 2020 concerning Management of Production Forests and Protected Forests in South Sumatra Province.
Raperda on Construction Services.
Raperda concerning Amendment to Regional Regulation of South Sumatra Province Number 3 of 2014 concerning Provision of Incentives and Ease of Investment.
As well as Factions Responding to several matters related to the fields of government, the economy, agriculture, education, health, people’s welfare and infrastructure, and efforts to recover the economy of people affected by the pandemic.
After Submission of the General Views of the Factions, the Plenary Meeting was suspended to further provide an opportunity for the executive to prepare answers in response to the general views of the Factions which will be presented on Friday 25/02/2022. (ojn/mhn/ril)
