Responding to the General View of the Golkar Party Faction
Regarding the impact of the increase in fuel prices, so that the program activities carried out are truly targeted for people in need, we can explain that the Central Government has allocated funds for direct cash assistance (BLT) BBM to the community for 4 (four) months, so that the Provincial Government
South Sumatra encourages the Government
Regency/City to observe and do
verification and validation (verivali) of data on recipients of social assistance (bansos) provided in accordance with the rules and right on target, especially for people who have not received fuel assistance (BLT).
Responding to the general view of the PDI-P Faction
We agree and express our gratitude for the hopes expressed in improving people’s living standards, developing the people’s economy, adding new strong and independent MSMEs so that they can create jobs, Equitable Income, Economic Growth and Poverty Alleviation, which ultimately Improve Economic Welfare in accordance with Regional Development Priorities as stated in the 2023 RKPD Document.

Regarding what steps can be taken by the Government of South Sumatra, in providing assistance or facilities to the community to revive the community’s economy against the impact of the increase in subsidized BB prices which is increasingly burdensome to the community, it is explained that the Government South Sumatra Province through OPD has made a program to improve trade distribution facilities by providing Storefront Assistance, Carts, cooler units, umbrella tents and scales to traders and SMEs, as well as facilitating access to capital for traders and SMEs through collaboration with Bank Indonesia, so that the economy in South Sumatra can revive.

We agree that the regional financial management process must be carried out in an orderly, efficient, economical, effective, transparent and responsible manner with due regard to the sense of justice, propriety and benefits for the community.

Related to the policies and innovations taken by the South Sumatra Provincial Government in increasing regional income, among others:
a) By increasing cooperation with regencies/municipalities to disseminate information on motor vehicle tax payments in their area so that they are carried out on time to support development financing
public infrastructure including improvements to roads and other means of transportation;
b) Providing mobile services to facilitate the administrative process of paying vehicle taxes
motorized; and
c) Providing convenience in the process of paying motor vehicle taxes with electric applications.

Responding to the General View of the Nasdem Party Faction
Regarding the mandate of Law Number 20 of 2003 concerning the national education system which mandates a budget of 20% of the APBD allocation for compulsory affairs in the education sector, we can explain that the budget for the Education function is at least 20%, namely spending on the Department of Education. Education and spending outside the Education Office that supports education, while according to Law Number 36 Year 2009 concerning health, 10% is spending on the Health Office and spending outside the Department of Health. Responding to the General View of the PKS Faction
In relation to the many complaints from the public regarding the increase in the prices of basic commodities caused by the increase in the price of subsidized fuel oil, the provincial government has been looking for a solution to increase the selling price of rubber at the farmer level by providing socialization on improving the quality of BOKAR (Rubber Processing Materials). and continue to encourage the formation of the BOKAR Processing and Marketing Unit (UPPB) in each Rubber Producing District so as to break the long chain of BOKAR sales. In addition, there is assistance for agricultural support facilities 14 UPPB
and 1 farmer group. Meanwhile, to increase the Commodity Selling Price Palm oil independent farmers continue to be encouraged so that
joined in farmer groups or KUD so that the Provincial Government together with the Regency / City Government facilitate the formation of partnerships with the nearest Palm Oil mills and encourage the acquisition of IPO certificates for these groups.
