Acting Governor Elen Setiadi Opens 2024 Bapor Korpri National Parnas Meeting

Palembang, The Indonesia Post – In the framework of the National Plenary Meeting (Raparnas) Bapor Korpri 2024, Acting Governor of South Sumatra Elen Setiadi was present in person and also opened the event by hitting the gong, which took place at the Ballroom of the Novotel Hotel. Palembang (1/07/2024).

In his remarks, he said that the Raparnas Bapor Korpri was a very valuable opportunity for all of us to strengthen our commitment and collaboration in improving the professionalism, integrity and performance of the State Civil Apparatus in the field of sports.

“This activity is a forum for us to discuss, exchange ideas and experiences and formulate better policy strategy steps, because as ASN we bear a great responsibility to provide the best and transparent public services to the community,” he said

He continued that he felt proud and grateful for appointing South Sumatra as the host of PORNAS XVII Korpri in 2025 and conveyed that in terms of facilities and experience, South Sumatra is very ready to be the host.

“This is a golden opportunity for us to show that South Sumatra is ready to be a good host, which is able to organize it successfully and full of excitement,” he said.

Meanwhile, the General Chairperson of DP Bapor Korpri Prof.DR.H.M. Asrorun Ni’am Sholeh, MA said that the Raparnas Bapor Korpri has a strategic meaning as a momentum to prepare as the Host of Pornas in 2025.

“The previous Pornas was in Central Java province with various achievements and dynamics, hopefully it will continue of course with evaluations – which ones are good and impressive we are committed to continuing, which ones are not yet considered important we will hold with the support of the province of South Sumatra,” he explained.

Which Raparnas 2024 was attended by 154 representatives of Bapor Korpri consisting of 55 ministries and 28 provinces.

Also present were the General Chairman of the Central Koni, Lieutenant General TNI Retired Marciano Norman, Deputy General Chairman III of the Central Koni Ursandi Alwi., M.M, and Representatives of Bapor Korpri throughout Indonesia. (ojn/ril)
