In his remarks, Herman Deru stated that this activity demonstrated HIPMI’s ability to integrate with various elements of society and play a vital role in regional development. HIPMI members have demonstrated extraordinary dedication and enthusiasm in driving regional economic growth.
“These young people from HIPMI are extraordinary. They dedicate their time to South Sumatra. In fact, many ‘young sultans’ have emerged from the region who have contributed to economic development,” he said.
Herman Deru added that the involvement of young entrepreneurs in remote districts demonstrates that business opportunities are now increasingly open, especially with the various facilities offered by the government. This is expected to strengthen the competitiveness of young entrepreneurs in South Sumatra in the global market.
“Amidst the current economic dynamics, collaboration between the government and businesses is key to maintaining inflation stability and driving regional economic growth. The South Sumatra Provincial Government will continue to support and champion the aspirations of young entrepreneurs,” HD emphasized.
Meanwhile, the Chairman of the South Sumatra HIPMI BPD, Muhammad Puri Andamas, in his remarks, said that this gathering was an important momentum to strengthen relations and foster the enthusiasm of young entrepreneurs in contributing to the development of South Sumatra.
The activity also included giving donations to orphans, a sermon by Ustadz Toyyibno, followed by congregational Maghrib prayers and friendly gatherings.
Also in attendance were Deputy Speaker of the South Sumatra Regional People’s Representative Council (DPRD) Nopianto, Head of the South Sumatra Financial Services Authority (OJK) Arifin Susanto, Commander of the II/Sriwijaya Military Command (Kadam II/Sriwijaya) Iwan Maruf, and heads of regional government agencies (OPD).
