Palembang, The Indonesia Post – Deputy Chairperson of the South Sumatra Provincial Legislative Council (DPRD), Kartika Sandra Desi, attended the launching of Tangguh Nusantara Village on the Karangkuan River, 8 Ilir Village.
The launching of Tangguh Nusantara Village was carried out by the Deputy Chair of the South Sumatra DPRD together with the South Sumatra Governor H. Herman Deru, South Sumatra Police Chief, South Sumatra Kajati and Palembang Mayor.
At the end of the event, the Deputy Chairperson of the South Sumatra DPRD participated in releasing fish into the river, with the hope that the community could preserve and jointly maintain the cleanliness of the river. (ojn/ril)
