Jakarta, The Indonesia Post – The Task Force for Handling COVID-19 noted that so far the recipients of the full-dose COVID-19 vaccine in Indonesia have reached 136,647,928 people, an increase of 833,899 people on Tuesday.
Based on data from the COVID-19 Task Force received in Jakarta, Tuesday, the first dose of COVID-19 vaccination increased by 252,141 people, bringing the total to 188,590,685 so far.
Meanwhile, the third dose of vaccination increased by 218,237 people, bringing the total to 7,277,382.
Even though they have been vaccinated, the Task Force urges the public to continue to carry out health protocols in a disciplined manner.
The health protocols include wearing masks, washing hands with soap and running water, maintaining distance, avoiding crowds and reducing mobility.
Previously, the Task Force recorded positive cases of COVID-19 increasing by 57,049 people in the country on Tuesday (15/2) bringing the total to 4,901,328 people.
The number of recovered COVID-19 cases has increased by 26,747 people, bringing the total number to 4,349,848.
Meanwhile, the number of deaths due to COVID-19 increased by 134 people, bringing the total to 145,455 to date. (ojn/bbs)
