Attend LXI Plenary Meeting (61), HD Convey Explanation of 4 Draft Regional Regulations

Palembang, The Indonesia Post – The Governor of South Sumatra H. Herman Deru stated, In the fast-paced development of the modern world, it is demanded that there be legal rules that underlie all its activities, including new things that arise from development that are able to accelerate change, development needs, and can meet the legal needs of people who always growing and dynamic.

This was stated when attending the LXI Plenary Meeting (61) Legislative Council (DPRD) Prov. South Sumatra (sumsel) with Agenda Submission of South Sumatra Governor Explanation on 4 (four) Draft Regional Regulations (Raperda) Prov. South Sumatra. The meeting was chaired by the Chairperson of the Provincial DPRD. South Sumatra, Hj. R.A. Anita Noeringhati, SH.

“We submitted 4 (four) draft regional regulations that had previously been stipulated in the Program (Propemperda) for the Formation of Regional Regulations for the South Sumatra Province in 2023,” said HD.

The first of the 4 draft local regulations deals with the Implementation of Environmental Protection and Management. Second Raperda on Regional Taxes and Regional Levies. The three draft regional regulations on the Plan for the Development and Development of Housing and Settlement Areas for the Province of South Sumatra and the four Spatial Plans for the Province of South Sumatra for 2023-2043

“In this regard, it is hoped that the 4 (four) draft regional regulations can be discussed through the stages of discussion in the LXI Plenary Meeting (61) then the South Sumatra Provincial DPRD, to obtain joint approval to be enacted into Regional Regulations and followed up in accordance with statutory provisions” closed HD.
