Palembang, The Indonesia Post – The Governor of South Sumatra H. Herman Deru Opened the Ramadan Recitation of the Provincial Government of South Sumatra 1443 H in 2022, starting with the Isha prayer in congregation and continued with the Tarawih and Witir prayers in congregation.
“Let’s make this Ramadan a momentum to restore our friendship because we know that we have not done tarawih twice at the mosque due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
HD continued, at the 1443 H Ramadan recitation, the South Sumatra Provincial Government invited scholars and umrah to pray Tarawih in congregation during the month of Ramadan, this aims to strengthen the relationship between Muslims.
In particular to the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) / BUMN / BUMD, the South Sumatran Development Father reminded this holy month not to reduce activities, including reducing services to the community.
“As ASN, BUMN/BUMD we must provide a service spirit. This means that there is no reason to fast to reduce service to the community,” he said.
Meanwhile, Karo Welfare of South Sumatra Province, Drs. H. Abdul Hamid, M.Si said that the recitation of the month of Ramadan is held every night which has been scheduled for South Sumatra OPDs.
In the same place, Lecturer H Solihin Hasibuan said the holy month was friendly and this time to be done with all my heart.
“Let’s enjoy this month of Ramadan with all our hearts. This Ramadan is to make us even better than previous years,” he concluded. (mhn/ril)
