Palembang, The Indonesia Post – After carrying out his working visit to the Sungai Dua Rice Field Location, Banyuasin Regency, still riding a motorbike, Governor Herman Deru continued his agenda of carrying out a Friday Prayer Safari at the Ruziqna Mosque located in Arriyadh Alley, Village 13, Seberang Ulu II District, Palembang City. Friday (27/03/2026). This Friday Prayer Safari is routinely carried out by HD at Mosques in South Sumatra Province to be able to socialize and listen to the aspirations of the community.
On that occasion, he expressed his gratitude for the unity and tolerance of all of them so that they would maintain togetherness until the arrival of 1 Shawwal or Eid al-Fitr 1447H.
“Thank God, the congregation at this mosque is very busy. I always go around on Friday prayers and thank God we can meet at this mosque,” he said.
After congregational prayers, South Sumatra Governor H. Herma Deru visited residents of the Al-Munawar Tourism Village in Palembang. (mhn/ril)
