Palembang, The Indonesia Post – The Governor of South Sumatra H. Herman Deru (HD) as the General Chair of the South Sumatra Indonesian Shooting and Hunting Association (PERBAKIN) inaugurated the Regency/City PERBAKIN Branch Managers and the 2022 work meeting at the Swarna Dwipa Hotel Palembang.
On this occasion, HD congratulated the PERBAKIN Branch Manager regency (Kab). OKU, Kab. OKUS and Kab. Empat lawang The newly inaugurated complete the 17 regencies/cities of PERBAKIN Branch Managers in South Sumatra.
HD said the management of PERBAKIN must run properly, prioritizing the interests of the organization in order to get better achievements in the field of shooting sports.
“If we organize with self-interest orientation, this organization will be weak in its performance because we work with the wrong focus”, said HD.
HD also requested that Perbakin be able to pick up the ball because many snipers are not monitored and have no channels to improve their abilities.
In social activities, Perbakin should be more active, such as assisting farmers in overcoming pest problems and also educating the community about the dangers of using illegal firearms.
“This can have a negative impact if firearms that are supposed to protect themselves are used for criminal acts because they are not under the supervision and guidance of Perbakin”, concluded HD.
