Jokowi-Iriana wear Balinese traditional clothes at the G20 dinner

Bali, The Indonesia Post – Indonesian President Joko Widodo and First Lady Irana Joko Widodo wearing Balinese traditional clothes at the G20 Summit dinner at Garuda Wisnu Kencana (GWK) Badung, Bali, Tuesday night.

Based on observations from live broadcasts at the G20 media center, in Bali, the President and First Lady arrived at GWK at around 19.00 WITA wearing black tops and purple bottoms.

President Jokowi is seen wearing a typical Balinese udeng headband in the same color as the subordinates worn.

Jokowi as the leader of the host of the G20 Presidency came before the G20 leader. Jokowi and Iriana got off the vehicle to be greeted by the honorary troops and the red carpet.

The two of them then stood up to greet the G20 leaders and delegates who began to arrive one by one.

The invited guests who attended received military-style honors with music from the marching band.

The dinner was attended by ministers of the Advanced Indonesia Cabinet, as well as previous Indonesian Presidents and Vice Presidents such as Megawati Soekarnoputri, Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono, Jusuf Kalla, to Try Sutrisno. (mhn/bbs)
