South Sumatra Provincial Government and BTN Will Sign MoU on Home Credit Facilities for ASN

Palembang, The Indonesia  Post – The Provincial Government of South Sumatra (Sumsel) together with PT. The Palembang Branch of the State Savings Bank (BTN) is planned to sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for the provision of housing credit facilities for the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) within the South Sumatra Provincial Government.

This was revealed in the audition Branch Head of PT. BTN Liberty Lubis and BSCU Head PT. BTN Fidelis Zebua received by the Regional Secretary (Sekda) of South Sumatra Province H. Nasrun Umar in his office, Tuesday (6/10) morning.

According to the Regional Secretary H. Nasrun Umar, the South Sumatra Provincial Government fully supports the BTN program which aims to improve the welfare of the community, especially in terms of providing housing credit facilities that will be allocated to ASNs whose age is around 38 years or often referred to as millennials, especially given priority to ASNs who do not have a home yet.

“The program offered by Bank BTN Palembang Branch Office is eagerly awaited by Millennial Civil Servants. This is a breath of fresh air for ASNs in the Provincial Government,” said the Regional Secretary.

In realizing this MoU later, Nasrun Umar promised to provide accurate information and data, especially those related to ASN data that required proper housing.

“We hope that there will be convenience for ASN. So the conditions also make it easier, “he said.

Meanwhile the Branch Head of PT. BTN Liberty Lubis said that Bank BTN will try to facilitate ASN who want to have a house with the best facilities.

“Later, we will sell it per cluster, not per person, then we will just design it in relation to the strata of needs. So we will adjust the capacity between the needs. If this is successful, this is exclusive. Meaning that BTN mediates between supply and demand, so we do not carelessly submit it to the developer, “He said. (jekk/ril)
