According to him, the success of the development of this area will certainly have a huge impact on the economy of the people of South Sumatra, including the people here.
“We are very grateful to the Governor of South Sumatra who will create a KEK TAA. We, the Sungsang community, are very supportive of this development. We hope that the success of this development can also be felt by the surrounding community, “he said.
Meanwhile, the Governor of South Sumatra, H Herman Deru, believes that if this development is realized it will have an impact on the progress of the region, especially for the economy of the surrounding community, which will grow so rapidly, including absorbing labor.
“God willing, by the end of this year it will no longer fail. This is our big goal, so it needs support from the community, ” HD said.
According to HD, the realization of the development of the Tanjung Carat Port will have many benefits for the surrounding area, because the economic activities that will arise are more and more.
In addition, the economic turnover of the community is also fast, such as the export of coconut commodities, and other sectors can easily be sent out through the port.
“If this is realized, of course there will be a reciprocal, namely the hospitality given by the community. Because there will be many activities being carried out around here, so our hospitality is very important,” he hoped.
