Palembang, The Indonesia Post – Acting Governor of South Sumatra Elen Setiadi Receives the management of the South Sumatra Scout Movement regional branch in order to hold the Grand Assembly for the 63rd Anniversary of the Scout Movement throughout South Sumatra in 2024 in the Governor’s Guest Room, Thursday, (1/8/2024).
The Head of the South Sumatra Scout Branch, Drs. H. Riza Fahlevi, MM expressed the purpose and intent of this audience, namely to foster friendship and to ask for support and direction from the Acting Governor of South Sumatra Elen Setiadi as the Chairperson of the Regional Advisory Council (Kamabida) regarding the implementation of the Grand Assembly for the 63rd Anniversary of the Scout Movement throughout South Sumatra on August 19 at Griya Agung.
“We ask for the Governor’s permission to be the ceremony inspector at the activity and also to pin the scouting award. We ask for your support so that this activity runs smoothly,” he asked.
Responding to this, the Acting Governor of South Sumatra Elen Setiadi welcomed the implementation of this activity.
“As in previous years, the South Sumatra Provincial Government will certainly support and facilitate the implementation of this activity,” he said.
Elen also plans to visit the Gandus Palembang Camping Ground in the near future.
In addition, on that occasion Riza also invited the Acting Governor of South Sumatra to visit the Gandus Palembang Camping Ground as the 2nd best Camping Ground in Indonesia with accommodation and hall facilities.
