Acting Governor Fatoni Expects PKA to Produce Innovative and Smart Human Resources

Palembang, The Indonesia Post – Acting (PJ) Governor of South Sumatra Agus Fatoni motivated the participants of the 2024 Classical Administrator Leadership Training (PKA) Batch I and II at the Putri Kembang Dadar Hall BPSDMD Prov. South Sumatra, Friday, (3/5/2024).

On that occasion, the Acting Governor of South Sumatra, Agus Fatoni encouraged the PKA classical participants to be able to become good leaders by instilling a leadership spirit while also being able to become good staff.

“Hopefully the material that will be presented will be able to produce human resources who are able to move the organization well as leaders and staff,” he said.

“Don’t waste this opportunity, especially regarding your respective areas of duty and the results of the training can later be implemented in daily activities,” he continued.

According to Fatoni, the On Off learning method that has been established will ensure that lessons in the classroom and the field can be aligned well. He hopes that this activity will produce a change project that will be supported by the growth of various innovations in running the organization.

“Be a human resource who works well, is loyal and doesn’t cause too many problems. Use this training as best as possible as a provision in carrying out your duties. “Hopefully we will be able to maximize our performance when we are given the mandate,” FatoniFatoni motivated the training participants.

According to him, innovation and legacy will describe a person’s leadership and qualities. So be a successful person.

“So that we can become successful people, we must be the best and kindest. “Where the best have many advantages with abilities above average,” he said

Fatoni continued that the best will be taken into account and maximize the implementation of tasks. Apart from that, the best people have intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence, social intelligence, spiritual intelligence, moral intelligence.

“The skills that staff must have are: Loyal, total, neutral, militant and professional, able to position themselves, anticipatory, responsive, responsive, innovative and intuitive,” he added.

He also invited participants to be smart in managing information, become quality, educated, respectable people and become human resources with solutions.

Meanwhile, the Head of the BPSDM South Sumatra region, Edwar Juliarta, reported that the Administrator Leadership Training Batch I and II lasted for approximately 3 months, starting on Friday 22 March 2024 until 26 July 2024 using the Blended Learning method.

The learning stages include 10 days of Independent Learning, namely stage I, March 22 to. 3 April 2024, Phase II, namely 17 days Online / Zoom 4 April to. May 2 2024, Phase III, namely 15 days on campus 3 to 3 May 22 2024, Phase IV, namely 60 days Off Campus May 24 to. 23 July 2024, Phase V, namely 3 days on campus, 24 to 26 July 2024. This activity was attended by 80 people from districts/cities.

“The PKA learning material consists of various materials about developing ASN competencies in various sectors. “We continue to make every effort to be able to carry out this training on an ongoing basis, of course with the support of various parties,” he said.

Present on the occasion were Assistant I for Government and People’s Welfare of the South Sumatra Provincial Government, Edwar Candra, South Sumatra Administrative and General Assistant, Zulkarnain SE MM, and the heads of the South Sumatra OPD. (ojn/ril)
