Palembang, The Indonesia Post – The Chairperson of the Legislative Council (DPRD) of South Sumatra Becomes a Resource Person at the study orientation for new students at the Open University (UT) Palembang, taking place in the ballroom of the Aryaduta Palembang hotel, Sunday (19/3/2023).
In her remarks, the Chairperson of the DPRD of South Sumatra Province, RA Anita Noeringhati, said that UT students are of course people who have the determination to learn independently, are open to everyone and are literate in technology.
“UT seeks to educate the nation with various technological media in all elements of society to study without a time limit in all elements of society in improving their education,” she said.
“According to her, the Open University (UT) has become a solution for people who want to study without knowing the time limit needed by all elements of society. UT opens opportunities to be able to learn for everyone because it provides convenience while working, this convenience is utilized by the community so that UT enthusiasts continue to increase from year to year,” she added.
