Palembang, The Indonesia Post – Governor of South Sumatra H. Herman Deru accompanied by East OKU (OKu Timur) Regent Ir. H. Lanosin attended the 1945 Saka New Year Nyepi Celebration with the Eka Buana Sari Traditional Banjar community, Burnai Jaya Village, Semendawai OKU East District, Sunday (12/3) afternoon.
Not only conveying greetings to celebrate Nyepi Day, the Governor of South Sumatra H. Herman Deru hopes that this new year can bring peace, happiness, prosperity and good luck to all.
He also said that Nyepi Day is also the right moment to do introspection, self-transformation towards a better and meaningful future. (mhn/ril)
