Palembang, The Indonesia Post – The head of the South Sumatra Legislative Council (DPRD) (South Sumatra) Hj RA Anita Noeringhati responded to the central policy which would remove honorary workers and be replaced with government employees with a work agreement or PPPK.
“Later on, I will also ask the Governor as the head of the regional government how to make an inventory because not all honorariums don’t work, so an inventory is indeed an honorarium that works properly, because there are honorariums that are suma finger prints, they just don’t show up, they exist,” said Anita, Sunday. (6/2).
For all OPD within the South Sumatra Provincial Government, according to this Golkar Party politician, he hopes to be evaluated, including in the South Sumatra DPRD OPD.
“I’ve asked the secretary as the head of the South Sumatra DPRD secretariat, which ones are active and which ones are not, because we have to keep the active ones, but if they don’t, they can be replaced, because there are many out there who want to be honorary workers,” she said.
So according to her, the central government’s policy is not to order honorariums to be stopped but there must be a solution, how can these honors create opportunities to become PPPK but PPPK is not easy to enter.
“There must be a solution how we can still employ but not violate the rules,” she said.
Moreover, apart from the problem of the PPPK budget, the recruitment of PPPK personnel is also very strict.
“If I’m not mistaken, the first teacher received PPPK, while there were also a lot of staff outside the teacher. The point is that as the chairman of the DPRD, I will talk to the governor, what is the solution for honorary employees in South Sumatra,” she said.
She gave an example of the honorary staff of the South Sumatra DPRD, which are many and useful.
“Like my staff, there are a lot of honorariums, but he works from morning to evening where I go he is always there,” she said. (mhn/bbs/ril)
