Palembang, The Indonesia Post – In order to fulfill the invitation to commemorate the 1445 H Islamic New Year which was held by the Roudhatul Muklisin Mosque which is located at Jl. Pancasila, Kec. Sako, Palembang. The Governor of South Sumatra, H. Herman Deru (HD) was present as well as providing financial assistance for the construction of the TPA/Tahfidz House of the Roudhatul Muklisin Mosque.
“Of course in 1445 H, we have to show that we are among the grateful people, grateful for all the blessings that have been given in the past year. The way we are grateful is that let’s work together to eradicate illiteracy in South Sumatra,” said HD.
Related to this, HD also requested that the construction of the TPA/Tahfidz House be carried out in stages by prioritizing the main building so that teaching and learning activities can be carried out immediately.
“We also have to prepare the learning method, not just preparing the building. We can find out what methodology is right for memorizing the Qur’an in a short period of time,” said HD.
Meanwhile, the Chairman of the Roudhatul Muklisin Mosque expressed his gratitude for the Governor of South Sumatra, H. Herman Deru, who was present and laid the first stone and provided financial assistance of Rp. 65 million for the construction of the TPA/Tahfidz House for the Roudhatul Muklisin Mosque.
“We are very grateful for the presence of the governor and the assistance that has been given, we hope that the laying of the first stone for this development can also be inaugurated by the governor,” he said. (mhn/ril)
