Palembang, The Indonesia Post – Deputy Governor of South Sumatra H Mawardi Yahya confirmed the management of the South Sumatra Provincial Government’s Assessment Center Service Unit (ULAC) which was formed based on Governor Regulation No. 39 of 2020. As well as inauguration and oath-taking of certain functional officials within the South Sumatra Provincial Government
The formation of ULAC in South Sumatra was carried out in order to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of development and the quality of competent and professional ASN Human Resources according to their main duties. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct a competency assessment of ASN within the South Sumatra Provincial Government, one of which is through ULAC
“I am sure that the inauguration of ULAC personnel, as well as the inauguration of functional officials today, was carried out because they had gone through professional, ethical and performance assessments by the Governor of South Sumatra H Herman Deru,” he said
Therefore, MY on behalf of the South Sumatra Provincial Government congratulates and hopes that these existing human resources can carry out their duties as well as possible and provide their contribution so that they can provide role models for other employees in the South Sumatra Provincial Government.
In addition, MY also requested that every element in the South Sumatra Provincial Government could support the HD Governor and MY Deputy Governor in realizing the vision and mission towards Advanced South Sumatra for All according to their respective duties.
ULAC personnel were confirmed based on the South Sumatra Governor’s Decree No 507 / KPTS / BPSDMD / 2020. With the supervisor of the Governor of South Sumatra, director of the South Sumatra Regional Secretary, in charge of the Head of BPSDMD. Heads are Drs H Akhmad Najib, SH., MH, Operations Manager, Dr H Farhat Syukri, SE, M.Si, Manager of Marketing and Cooperation, H Achmad Rizwan, SSTP, MM., And Administration Manager, Syahruddin, SE.
