Plenary Session XLVIII (48): South Sumatra Provincial Legislative Council Forms Special Committee to Discuss LKPJ Governor FY. 2021

Palembang, The Indonesia Post – Provincial Legislative Council (DPRD) of South Sumatra formed 5 (five) Special Committees (Pansus) in order to discuss the South Sumatra Governor’s Accountability Statement (LKPJ) for the 2021 Fiscal Year (TA).

This was stated in the signing of the South Sumatra DPRD decision regarding the formation of a special committee by the South Sumatra DPRD chairman Hj. R.A. Anita Noeringhati, SH, MH in front of the Governor of South Sumatra H. Herman Deru and the Plenary Meeting participants, Monday (11/4/2022).

The signing was carried out after listening to the introduction to the Statement of Accountability Report (LKPJ) of the Governor of South Sumatra for the 2021 Fiscal Year which was read by the Governor of South Sumatra at the XLVIII (48) Plenary Meeting led by the Chair of the Provincial DPRD. South Sumatra; Hj. R.A. Anita Noeringhati, SH, MH, accompanied by the Deputy Chair of the DPRD Prov. South Sumatra Kartika Sandra Desi, SH and H. Muchendi M, SE, attended by the Governor of South Sumatra; H. Herman Deru, along with OPD Representatives and other invited guests.

In his report, the Governor conveyed the realization of regional financial management before being audited as of February 2021, from the regional revenue target of Rp. Rp.10,800,944,019,387.00 realized Rp. 9,611,291,244,667.17,-. Meanwhile, the Regional Financing Expenditure was realized at Rp. 86,000,000,000.00,- or 83.98 percent of the target of Rp. 102.4100.000.000,- The remaining excess of Budget Financing (SILPA) for Fiscal Year 2021 is Rp.79.720.535.110.59,-.

Chairman of the DPRD of South Sumatra Province Hj. R.A. Anita Noeringhati, SH, MH explained the areas that the Special Committee will discuss are Special Committee 1 for Government, Special Special for Economic Affairs, Special Committee for Finance 3, Special Committee for Development and Special Committee 5 for People’s Welfare.

These five Special Committees will hold discussion and research meetings with related partners from 12 to 22 April 2022 and the results will be presented at the XLVIII (48) Plenary Meeting Followed by the Agenda for Submission of Reports on the Results of Discussion and Research of the Provincial DPRD Special Committees.
