Palembang, The Indonesia Post – Chairperson of the Legislative Council (DPRD) of South Sumatra Province, Mrs. Hj. RA Anita Noeringhati, SH., MH attended the 2023 Integrated Corruption Eradication Program Coordination Meeting for the South Sumatra Region.
The Coordinating Meeting was organized by the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) of the Republic of Indonesia, which was chaired directly by the Director of Regional Coordination & Supervision II Mr. Yudhiawan at the Bina Praja Auditorium Prov. South Sumatra.

Hj. RA Anita Noeringhati, SH., MH said the importance of preventing and eradicating corruption through coordination and supervision programs carried out by all regional governments in Indonesia.
“Coordination and supervision are important in preventing and eradicating corruption within the wheels of government in South Sumatra,” she said.
Meanwhile, the Director of Coordination and Supervision for Region II of the Corruption Eradication Committee, Yudhiawan, said that the coordination of this coordination was aimed at encouraging efforts to prevent corruption in the South Sumatra region according to their duties and functions.
In an effort to prevent criminal acts of corruption, the KPK emphasizes three things, namely preventing asset rescue or asset management, asset certification and control, and optimizing regional taxes.
“It must be known, a high MCP and SPI index is not a guarantee that an area is free from corruption,” he explained.
