Palembang, The Indonesia Post – Chairperson of the South Sumatra Provincial Legislative Council (DPRD) Andie Dinialdie SE.MM held a 1446 H Ramadhan safari at the Al-Ra’iyah mosque of the South Sumatra Provincial DPRD together with the Forkopimda, DPRD Leaders and Members, BUMD, religious leaders and the surrounding community on Monday 03-03-2025.
Present among others were the Governor and Deputy Governor of South Sumatra H. Herman Deru and Cik Ujang, Commander of the II Sriwijaya Military Command Major General TNI Ujang Darwis, Chief of Police Inspector General Pol. Andi Rian R Djajadi S.I.K MH, Head of the High Prosecutor’s Office represented by the Coordinator of Special Criminal Affairs Akhmad Heru Prasetyo SH, MH and other agency leaders.
The Chairman of the South Sumatra Provincial DPRD in his remarks conveyed on behalf of the extended family of the South Sumatra Provincial DPRD to congratulate H. Herman Deru and Cik Ujang as Governor and Deputy Governor of South Sumatra for the 2025-2030 term and hoped that together with Forkompinda they could work together and support each other.
The Chairman of the DPRD also said that entering the month of Ramadan 1446 H should take advantage of the momentum.
“Ramadan as best as possible, carry out worship calmly, avoid things that are prohibited during fasting and carry out recommended practices as optimally as possible,” he said.
Ending his speech through this fasting worship, it is expected to further foster social awareness of the community and the surrounding environment. And all the good deeds that we do will receive rewards and rewards from Allah SWT.
Meanwhile, the Governor of South Sumatra in his speech said that the Ramadan safari is a means of strengthening the relationship between Forkopimda and Muslims in South Sumatra.
He further said that for approximately 1.5 years he did not serve as Governor of South Sumatra after the end of his first term and in the second period he and Cik Ujang should be accepted again in encouraging the progress of South Sumatra’s development. And together with Forkopimda to maintain the conduciveness of the Region. And he also hopes that each agency can involve their respective staff and ranks in every Ramadan safari. (ojn/bbs)
